Gaulmoylestown Lake - 28 February 2010
Match report 3 solid months of frost and cold - the coldest Irish winter since 1963 - seemed to have completely numbed the fish in Gaulmoylestown. Ice meant that only the middle pegs were fishable. Most anglers counted just one or two fish in their nets and only Gavin Walsh managed to put a weight of feeder-caught small carp and rudd together. A grim, freezing cold day.
